Tribune Media has sold its Baltimore, Maryland property to a qualified buyer for $46.5 million, the company announced today.
The property is at 300 East Cromwell Street, and the net proceeds after costs and taxes are expected at around $30 million.
With about 60 acres, the property includes the printing facility for the Truibune Publishing-owned Baltimore Sun, which takes up around 23 acres with parking. The remaining 37 acres is undeveloped.
