Nick Jr. will air one-hour special Dora's Dance to the Rescue Friday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. (EST/PST), the network said Monday.
Dora from the network’s Dora the Explorer will be “joined by her faithful pal Boots, and the pair dance, spin, shake and wiggle along on an adventure to help save Swiper the Fox, who is trapped inside a magic bottle. According to the bottle, there is only one way to free Swiper: Dora and Boots must dance their way to the castle to win one big wish and wish Swiper free,” the network said in a prepared statement.
Nick Records/Sony BMG will also release the Dora the Explorer Dance Fiesta! CD, featuring pop tunes including "Celebration," "La Bamba," "Get on Your Feet" and "Oye Como Va" as sung by Dora and her friends, as well as two duets with Grammy Award-winners Carlos Santana and Los Lonely Boys.
