Nickelodeon’s advice to kids: “Look Before You Eat.”

The network will air a special edition of Nick News with Linda Ellerbee, with special guest Emeril Lagasse, to tell kids about what they eat and why.

Look Before You Eat will air Sunday, June 27 at 8:30 p.m. (EST/PST).

“Bad eating habits are learned," Ellerbee said in a prepared statement. “Kids need more information about the foods they eat in order to make more nutritious choices. If they learn how to make healthy food choices now, chances are they'll eat healthily for the rest of their lives.”
