The Weather Channel has moved the launch date for new show Weekend View from Sept. 17 to Sept. 24 due to its coverage of Hurricane Katrina and other severe weather.
The network described Weekend View -- which will air Saturdays and Sunday from 7 a.m.-11 a.m. -- as a live conversational program hosted by Dao Vu and featuring on-camera meteorologist Stephanie Abrams.
