Nonprofit legal organization The Innocence Project will team up with Court TV on a new weekly segment during Court TV News’ Jami Floyd: Best Defense.
Every Tuesday, former defense attorney Floyd -- who hosts the daily two-hour program, putting her own legal spin on topical legal issues mixed with trial coverage -- will profile someone who has been convicted of a crime and later exonerated and released from prison.
The Innocence Project works to exonerate the wrongfully convicted through post-conviction DNA testing.
