Jeffrey Genthner has been named vice president and general manager of FSN South.
Genthner had been senior VP and GM at FSN Florida.
He succeeds Hunter Nickell, who was named executive VP and GM of Speed Channel earlier this month.
FSN South -- which reaches 10.6 million homes in seven states in the Southeast -- provides local cable and satellite coverage of Major League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves; the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes and Nashville Predators; the National Basketball Association’s Memphis Grizzlies and Atlanta Hawks; Atlantic Coast Conference basketball; Southeastern Conference football; and other events.
