Sundance Channel will bring back The Al Franken Show Monday, June 6, the network said Thursday.
The televised version of the Air America Radio show will run through year-end, Sundance said.
Sundance’s version of the show will be taped at Air America’s New York studios during that day’s broadcast.
The first season of The Al Franken Show ran on Sundance Sept. 7-Nov. 5, 2004.
“We are excited about continuing our relationship with Sundance Channel,” Air America president Jon Sinton said in a prepared statement. “Over this past year, Al and [co-host] Katherine [Lanpher] have proven to be a major force in talk radio.”
