BET has joined the growing list of programmers to launch a TV Everywhere app for the Roku platform.
Consumers who get service from an MVPD with TVE rights from BET can access full episodes of shows such as Lift Every Voice via the new app on Roku players and integrated Roku TVs that are outfitted with the 7.2 version of the Roku OS.
Users without TVE rights can still use the app to access select episodes from BET’s lineup, BET News Specials and clips from the BET Awards, Roku said.
BET Now, the network’s TVE app, is also supported on iOS and Android mobile devices, and added a live stream for those apps last year.
