Netflix will team with social media celebrity Cameron Dallas to create an unscripted series based on his life, the streaming service said Wednesday.
The series will follow Dallas, who found fame through developing content on the video-themed Vine social media service, as he and his family navigate the next stages of his career. Dallas has a fan base of over 35 million followers across five different social media platforms, according to Netflix.
The series is executively produced by Cameron Dallas and Bart Bordelon, as well as Jane Lipsitz and Dan Cutforth of Magical Elves and Brillstein Entertainment Partners Ben Curtis, Sanford Wernick and Jon Liebman.
