Wholesale VoIP Does a 360
360networks said it will debut its VoIP360 wholesale voice-over-Internet-protocol service offering at the Fall VON trade show at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center this week.
The provider of fiber-optic network-communications services in 15 Western states said VoIP360 will “enable cable operators, ISPs [Internet-service providers], CLECs [competitive local-exchange carriers], wireless-broadband and other service providers to quickly and cost-effectively enter the VoIP market and provide IP-based voice services to their residential and business subscribers.”
The company added that with a single IP connection and feature server, customers can access its VoIP platform and receive a la carte services such as inbound and outbound local calling, e911 services, directory listings, local number portability, operator services, caller name services, directory assistance and domestic LD termination.
