FitTV is ready to make Housecalls to ensure that viewers get off the couch.
The network said Monday that its new home workout show will debut Monday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. (EST/PST) and air regularly Sunday, Monday and Thursday at 8 p.m.
During the show, personal trainers Mark Lebos and Shaman DeArco visit homes and design workout programs based on whatever equipment is available, including everyday household items.
