Susan Waxenberg has joined Time Warner Cable as vice president and assistant chief counsel, corporate.
Waxenberg had been assistant general counsel and assistant secretary at parent Time Warner Inc.
At the MSO, she will serve as in-house counsel with primary responsibility for securities law and corporate-governance matters, reporting directly to VP and chief counsel, corporate David Christman.
