Vonage Taps 3PV

Vonage Holdings Corp. has chosen 3PV - Third Party Verification Inc. as its exclusive provider of third-party verification services.

The partnership with 3PV will enable the voice-over-Internet-protocol provider’s customers to quickly and easily complete the paperwork necessary to port their number from their existing carrier to Vonage.

“We are always proactive when it comes to customer service, so when we found an LOA [letter of agency] tool that makes our customers' experience better, we had to start offering it," Vonage senior vice president of customer care Dan Bemis said in a prepared statement.

“[Vonage’s] selection of our ‘eLOA’ verification service underscores the need for verification as a standard operating procedure for all VoIP service providers,” 3PV CEO David Brinkman added.
