Ross Martin has been named to the new position of EVP marketing strategy and engagement for Viacom Media Networks.
Martin, who will oversee corporate research, data and creative strategy teams, will report to Rich Eigendorff, Chief Operating Officer of the programmer.
The company's Strategic Insights and Research and Data and Audience Development teams will join to create new systems for audience engagement.
Martin will also report to the following teams:
-Strategic Insights and Research, led by Colleen Fahey Rush, Executive Vice President and Chief Research Officer
-Data and Audience Development, led by Bill Ostroff, Executive Vice President
-Catalyst creative services, led by Cheryl Family, Senior Vice President
-Scratch, led by Anne Hubert, Senior Vice President
Kern Schireson has also been named as EVP Data Strategy and Consumer Intelligence, where he will focus on new systems measuring content usage.
