Versus Adds Four Games As NHL Playoffs Near

Versus will add four bonus NHL games to its schedule as the race to the start of the Stanley Cup playoffs heats up.
The network's first additional game will feature the defending champion Pittsburgh Penguins hosting the Tampa Bay Lightning on March 31 at 7:30 p.m.(ET). Local blackouts apply so the home team markets will see the Chicago Blackhawks/Minnesota Wild game at 8 p.m (ET).
The following night at 7 p.m. (ET) Versus will televise the Atlanta Thrashers/Washington Capitals match-up.
Then on Tuesday, April 6, following the network's regularly scheduled Capitals/Penguins game, Versus will air the Colorado Avalanche/Vancouver Canucks contest at 10 p.m.

Due to local blackout restrictions the bonus games will not air in the team markets.
