USA, WWE Set ‘Tribute To The Troops’ Special

USA Network will air a holiday-themed special from the WWE saluting U.S. servicemen, the network said.

The Dec. 17 special, WWE Tribute To The Troops, will feature celebrity appearances and musical performances, according to the WWE. The special will also air on NBC Dec. 27.

The WWE Tribute To the Troops is part of a week-long WWE programming stunt that will include appearances by WWE Superstars and Divas with USA daytime personality Cat Greenleaf during the week of Dec. 15-Dec. 19, said the pro wrestling outfit.

The network will also air a live SmackDown telecast on Dec. 16, said network officials.
