USA Taps Gale Anne Hurd For New Pilot

USA Network has picked up a pilot from The Walking Dead executive producer Gale Anne Hurd and co-created by late producer Henry Bromell.

Falling Water, written and co-created by Bromell (Homeland) and Blake Masters (2 Guns), tells the story of three unrelated people who slowly realize that they are dreaming separate parts of a single common dream, according to USA.

The pilot will be executively produced by Hurd, Masters and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 Weeks Later), who will also direct the pilot, said USA.

“People have always been fascinated by the subconscious and Falling Water explores that topic in very unique and unexpected ways,” said Jackie de Crinis, executive vice president of original Series for USA Network in a statement. “In this story, the immensely talented and prolific storytellers, Blake and Henry, have created an innovative thriller and compelling vehicle to bring the subject of dreams to television.”
