TV One reorganized its affiliate sales and marketing team, with veteran cable-marketing executive Wayne Tuttle joining the network in the newly created position of vice president of affiliate marketing and Michelle Rice taking on the new role of senior VP of distribution and strategy.
Brad Samuels is TV One’s executive VP of affiliate sales and marketing.
Tuttle will be responsible for TV One’s affiliate-marketing strategy, and he will oversee all of the network’s marketing and outreach initiatives to cable and satellite distributors, including trade and field marketing, video-on-demand and local ad sales.
He most recently served as VP of programming and promotion for Comcast’s Eastern division. Comcast and Radio One own most of TV One.
