Michael Quigley joined Turner Broadcasting System Inc. as executive director of business development.
Quigley had been vice president of business development and strategy for DMX Music.
At Turner, he will be responsible for developing and executing nonlinear platform distribution for the programmer’s properties across broadband, interactive-television and wireless platforms.
He reports to VP of business development Bill Stratton.
