TLC announced the launch of its new six-part TURBO series, Street Customs.
The new show will star the owner of West Coast Customs, Ryan Friedlinghaus, and will debut in the network’s fall lineup on Thursday nights.
“Street Customs is a highly anticipated series for TLC and will complement our strong lineup of automotive and motorcycle enthusiast programming like American Chopper, American Hot Rod and Wrecks to Riches,” TLC senior vice president of programming Christian Drobnyk said in a prepared statement. “These TURBO on TLC series explore the drama and artistry of the build process, and we are excited to have the West Coast Customs team join TLC.”
Street Customs features the process behind the builds and showcases West Coast Customs’ original designs. The company’s body of work ranges from customizing modern-styled street rods to chopping up $100,000 luxury vehicles.
