Time Warner Cable will use Chordiant Software Inc. customer-service software under a deal announced Monday.
The MSO will use the software vendor’s “Chordiant Enterprise Marketing,” “Chordiant Contact Center” and “Chordiant Straight-Through Service Processing” as part of its “Customer Value Creation” strategy “to deliver an effective, consistent customer and contact-center agent experience across each of its 34 business divisions.”
“Historically, all aspects of customer care have been a top priority for Time Warner Cable," chief marketing officer Chuck Ellis said in a prepared statement.
"Our selection of Chordiant as a key aspect of our CVC initiative reaffirms our commitment to incorporating the best solutions and technology available to service our customers and, ultimately, to drive our business to new heights,” he added.
