TCM To Celebrate Jewish Experience On Film

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will celebrate movies focusing on Jewish history throughout the month of September, the network said Thursday.

TCM’s The Projected Image: The Jewish Experience on Film, will air Tuesdays during September will feature more than 20 films including The Jazz Singer, Judgment at Nuremberg, Hill 24 Doesn’t Answer, The House of Rothschild, The Young Lions and The Way We Were, said network officials.

Each Tuesday will feature a different theme, including The Evolving Jew and The immigrant Experience (Sept. 2); The Holocaust (Sept. 9); Israeli Classics and The Jewish Homeland (Sept. 16); Tackling Prejudice (Sept. 23) and Coming Of Age (Sept. 30), said the network.
