TCA17: Comedy Central Renews ‘Drunk History’ For Fifth Season

Pasadena -- Comedy Central has renewed its series Drunk History for a fifth season, the network said Friday during the Television Critics Association tour.

The 14-episode fifth season will return in 2017, according to network officials. The series is created by Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner and executively produced by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Owen Burke.

“More Drunk History? Say no more,” said Kent Alterman, president of Comedy Central in the statement. 

Waters added: “So excited and grateful to do a fifth season. Oh what a ride it’s been! Thank you for driving me home.”
