TCA 2018: Nickelodeon Greenlights Second Season of ‘Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’

Nickelodeon has renewed its new animated series Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles more than a month in advance of the series’ premiere.

The series, which follows the brother turtles – Raph, Leo, Donnie and Mikey – as they discover new powers and encounters, will debut its 26-episode freshman season Sept. 17 on the network. The second season will also feature 26 episodes, according to Nickelodeon executives.

Nickelodeon also announced the renewals of several live-action series including Henry Danger (season five), Knight Squad (season two), The Dude Perfect Show (season three) and Hunter Street (season three).
