Top Chef's Richard Blais will visit Sprout on Earth Day (April 22) morning in an act of NBCUniversal green synergy.
Blais, a Season 4 competitor on the Bravo competition reality show, and Sunny Side Up hosts Sean and Chica the Chicken will create a fun, preschool-friendly dish and recycled craft from the recipe's packaging elements that parents and their preschoolers can easily recreate at home.
The recipe and recycled craft directions will also be available at www.SproutOnline.com.
Beginning at 1 p.m. ET that afternoon is Sprout's "Dig Into Earth Day with dirtgirlworld" marathon, featuring two hours of episodes from the green living series for preschoolers, which includes topics like caring for the environment, outdoor play and sustainable, green living. It debuted on Sprout last Earth Day.
Sunny Side Up also will be featuring eco-friendly crafts, games, activities and more all week long beginning Monday, April 18.
Sprout is a proud supporter of Green is Universal, NBCUniversal's ongoing environmental initiative, and will be turning its on-air and online logos green all week long.
