Sterling K. Brown Wins SAG Award For Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series

This Is Us actor Sterling K. Brown continued his strong TV awards performance with a SAG Awards win in the outstanding performance by a male actor in a drama series category, while the series took home the award for outstanding drama series.

Brown beat out Jason Bateman (Netflix’s Ozark), Peter Dinklage (HBO’s Game of Thrones), David Harbour (Netflix’s Stranger Things), and Bob Odenkirk (AMC’s Better Call Saul) for top honors, matching his recent Emmy and Golden Globe wins in the category.

This Is Us also beat out Netflix's The Crown and Stranger Things, HBO's Game Of Thrones and Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale for the outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series.

The Crown’s Claire Foy won the SAG Award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series for the second straight year, beating out category favorite -- recent Emmy and Golden Globes Award winner Elisabeth Moss (Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale) -- as well as Millie Bobby Brown (Netflix’s Stranger Things), Laura Linney (Netflix’s Ozark), and Robin Wright (Netflix’s House of Cards).
