Alecia Dixon, senior vice president of international pay TV and digital media for MGM, has joined Starz Media to head up its expansion in domestic distribution.
As vice president, domestic TV sales, she will be responsible for selling titles from Starz Overture Films and Anchor Bay Entertainment, as well as Starz original productions.
She will also have oversight for post-pay TV licensing from Starz Media originals, including drama series Crash, comedy Head Case and the upcoming Spartacus: Blood and Sand, which debuts on the channel in January.
