Concert film Lightning in a Bottle will make its world TV debut on Starz InBlack Friday, Sept. 30 at 8 p.m. (EST/PST), the network said Wednesday.
Lightning in a Bottle features performers including Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Chris Thomas King, Macy Gray, Aerosmith, Bonnie Raitt, Mavis Staples, Natalie King and Chuck D from an event at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
“This superior musical documentary celebrates the joy and passion of soulful musicians,” Starz Entertainment Group LLC vice president of scheduling Jonathan Shair said in a prepared statement. “It is sure to be a favorite among our viewers who have an appreciation for the blues.”
