Katie Miles-Ley has been promoted to vice president, human resources and organizational development at Starz Encore Group LLC.
Miles-Ley had been executive director, HR and organizational development.
She will be responsible for the programmer’s day-to-day business operations, as well as strategic planning as it relates to all functional areas within HR.
