Leslie F. Spasser joined The Weather Channel as deputy general counsel.
Spasser had been a partner at Willcox & Savage P.C. in Norfolk, Va., where she represented clients in the cable, media and technology industries.
At TWC, she will provide counsel on legal affairs, business affairs and regulatory matters.
