Showtime Gives Early Look at ‘City On a Hill’

Showtime has released the premiere episode of its new drama series City On A Hill on its on demand and streaming platforms in advance of the show’s June 16 debut, the network said Friday.

The premiere episode of the series, which stars Aldis Hodge (Underground) and Kevin Bacon (The Following), is currently available for free now on YouTube, Facebook and SHO.com,as well as on Showtime’s stand-alone service’s website www.showtime.com, said network officials.

Set in early ’90s Boston, where racism is endemic and crime is widespread, the series follows an unlikely alliance between FBI agent Jackie Rohr (Bacon) and Assistant District Attorney Decourcy Ward (Hodge), Showtime said.
