Service Set for Showtime’s Wade
A service for late Showtime Networks Inc. executive Jeff Wade will be held in Roswell, Ga., Monday.
The service for Wade -- who died Tuesday after a long battle with brain cancer -- is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Roswell United Methodist Church Chapel, located at 814 Mimosa Blvd.
SNI said flowers could be arranged through Best Little Flower Shop in Roswell at 770-542-7878. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, National Headquarters, 1230 W. Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30309.
Wade, who was serving as executive vice president of sales and affiliate marketing, had been with the programmer since 1981.
“Jeff was a terrific leader, but, more important, a terrific human being,” SNI chairman and CEO Matt Blank said in a prepared statement. “He was cherished by his many friends throughout the company and industry. Jeff was a great member of our team, a kind and decent man whom we will always remember fondly.”
