Rogers Communications Inc.’s deal to acquire AT&T Wireless Services Inc.’s 34% stake in Rogers Wireless Communications Inc. has been completed.
Under terms of the agreement, originally announced Sept. 13, Rogers Communications’ wholly owned RWCI Acquisition Inc. subsidiary purchased 48,594,172 class-B restricted-voting shares of Rogers Wireless from JVII General Partnership, owned by AT&T Wireless, for a cash price of C$36.37 ($28.83) per share.
