Robin Thede Tapped As `Minority Report’ Head Writer

Writer/actress Robin Thede will serve as the head writer for Comedy Central’s The Minority Report With Larry Wilmore, the network said Wednesday.

Thede will work on the new late-night franchise, which will debut in January 2015, said network officials. Previously Thede was a writer for the first two seasons of BET’s Real Husbands Of Hollywood as well as head writer on The Queen Latifah Show.

As an actress she’s appeared on such shows as BET’s Second Generation Wayans, TV Land’s Hot In Cleveland, UPN’s All Of Us and Comedy Central’s Key & Peele.
