Retirement Living, NBC News Co-Produce Daily Caf

Retirement Living TV and NBC News will team to co-produce RLTV’s news show Daily Café, which premieres Nov. 11.

The one-hour daily series, now in its third season, will broadcast live from Washington D.C. and New York, with former Congressman Fred Grandy and MSNBC anchor Alex Witt.

During its premiere week, Daily Café will feature interviews with recording and film stars Elton John, Elvis Costello, Daniel Craig and George Hamilton, while prominent political journalists fresh off of the campaign trail will give their viewpoint on the recent election and President-elect Barack Obama.

"We are happy to further develop our relationship with Retirement Living TV," said Cheryl Gould, senior vice president of NBC News in a statement. "The Daily Café partnership is a great way to share NBC News with a wider audience and specifically tailor our programming to fit the needs of mature adults."
