Reelz has promoted national director of distribution Andrea Jomides to vice president of distribution, the network said.
Jomides, who joined the Albequerque, N.M.-based network in 2013 as director of distribution for the Eastern region and expanded her scope last year, will continue working to secure, maintain and grow Reelz's distribution, HD carriage, VOD and TV Everywhere platforms, promotions and contractual negotiations.
“We’re thrilled to promote Andrea given her strong performance in all areas of our affiliate business, including recent distributor renewals,” said John deGarmo, Reelz senior VP of distribution.
Jomides has 25 years of media industry experience, including 14 years at Scripps Networks Interactive in New York.
