Consolidated Operator Services is RCN’s new directory-service-assistance provider.
The operator said its phone subscribers can now dial 411, 555-1212 or area code plus 555-1212 and receive accurate business, residential or government telephone listings from Consolidated’s directory-assistance representatives.
RCN provides triple-play service in the Boston; New York; eastern Pennsylvania; Washington, D.C.; Chicago; San Francisco; and Los Angeles metropolitan markets.
