Nicolle Pangis has been named president and CEO of national advertising sales, marketing and technology firm NCC Media. She had formerly served as global chief operating officer at GroupM’s M Platform.

Marybeth Sprows has been named Los Angeles-based vice president, development, at Hallmark Channel parent Crown Media Family Networks. She had been VP, development and production at Paulist Productions.

ORIGINAL PRODUCTIONS

Jeff Hasler has joined Original Productions in Burbank, Calif., as president. He comes from National Geographic Studios, where he was executive VP of production and development, responsible for non-scripted and documentary TV projects.

ITV AMERICA

ITV America has named Kathryn Vaughan as president of Good Caper Content, a new unit devoted to crime and investigative programming. She had been executive producer of the Oxygen series Cold Justice.

STARZ

Superna Kalle has joined Starz as executive vice president, international digital networks. Most recently a senior adviser to several media companies, she is the former senior VP and general manager, networks, at Sony Pictures Television.

IFC president and general manager Jennifer Caserta has been named chief transformation officer of parent company AMC NETWORKS.
Suzanne Scott was named CEO of FOX NEWS CHANNEL and FOX BUSINESS NETWORK. She had been president of programming at Fox News.
Alex Dundas was named executive vice president at ITV America-owned production company ITV ENTERTAINMENT, leading creative development. He had been senior VP of unscripted development and current programming at MGM Television.
Pamela Kaufman was named president of VIACOM/NICKELODEON GLOBAL CONSUMER PRODUCTS, with oversight of the business across Viacom Media Networks and Paramount Pictures. She was president of consumer products and chief marketing officer at Nickelodeon.
Ricardo Rubini was named senior vice president of sales, Latin America & Caribbean, at 20TH CENTURY FOX TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION. He had been VP of sales, Latin America.
