Patriots, Seahawks to Appear on ESPN’s 'MNF' Slate

Super Bowl teams the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks highlight ESPN’s 2015 Monday Night Football schedule.

ESPN Kicks off its MNF slate Sept. 14 with a doubleheader featuring the Philadelphia Eagles-Atlanta Falcons and the Minnesota Vikings-San Francisco 49’ers games, said network officials. The Seahawks will face the Detroit Lions in an Oct. 5 matchup, while the Patriots will take on the Buffalo Bills on Nov. 23.

Overall seven teams will appear on Monday Night Football, including the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Lions, Indianapolis Colts, New York Giants, Eagles and San Diego Chargers.

Also the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins will meet Dec. 7 for a record 17th time on Monday Night Football, according to ESPN.
