Noggin will debut The Upside Down Show next fall, the network said Tuesday.
Developed by Sesame Workshop, the 13-episode preschool series -- being produced in Sydney, Australia -- will feature comedy duo The Umbilical Brothers (David Collins and Shane Dundas).
