NFL Network will air the 18th annual Insight Bowl in HD Friday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. (EST).
The game, from Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Ariz., pits Texas Tech against Minnesota.
Former Super Bowl-winning coach Dick Vermeil will serve as game analyst with play-by-play announcer Derrin Horton and sideline reporter Alex Flanagan.
The National Football League’s cable service is also airing the inaugural Texas Bowl the previous night, in which Rutgers will take on Kansas State.
