MundoFox has secured market carriage in New York City, on America TeVe-owned WPXO.
The station is channel 34 over the air, and is owned by America TeVe. It has carriage on Time Warner Cable in the city market, and on Cablevision's Optimum cable systems in the Bronx and Brooklyn (channel 29) and other areas (channel 107).
MundoFox is a new general-interest Spanish-language broadcast network, from Fox International Channels and RCN Television Group. It launches on Aug. 1 with substantial coverage of key U.S. Hispanic markets, including in Miami, Fla., on American TeVe.
