mun2 Television is collaborating in an outreach to Latino youth across the county through the first-ever Latino Hip-Hop Summit, which will take place Tuesday in the Bronx, N.Y.
The network is the exclusive media partner for the summit, which also involves Russell Simmons, Rev. Run of Run DMC, Def Jam president Kevin Liles, the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network and the Bronx Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
The summit -- which features interactive panel discussions between artists and attendees -- will take place at noon (EST) at the Lehman College Center for the Performing Arts in the Bronx, with doors opening at 11 a.m.
As part of its partnership, mun2 will highlight the event in its signature shows, including newsmagazine The Report and primetime music show The Roof.
