Meredith Corp.’s Discovery Communications Inc. book library will expand by at least two-dozen volumes.
The Des Moines, Iowa-based publisher will print a host of books based on the programmer’s home-decorating shows -- The Learning Channel’s Trading Spaces, While You Were Out and Clean Sweep -- the Des Moines Register reported Friday.
Meredith has already published books based on Discovery Channel's Monster Garage and American Chopper, including American Chopper at Full Throttle, set for a November release.
The publisher is also planning a February release for a book based on TLC’s budget wedding-planning show, For Better or for Worse, the Register reported.
"Those books have been extremely successful, and we are extraordinarily pleased with them," Discovery Consumer Products director of publishing Erica Green told the Register.
