HGTV's top-rated series Love It or List It, starring real estate expert David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr (pictured), is heading to Raleigh-Durham, N.C., to begin production for season 10. Producers at Big Coat Productions are actively seeking potential homeowners who are torn between renovating their existing home and relocating to a new residence, HGTV said. In each hour-long episode of Love It or List It, Visentin and Farr compete to earn the homeowners' final decision to renovate and stay in their current home or opt for a new one. She renovates and redecorates the worn-out home to increase its value and ensure that it meets the homeowners’ current needs, while he activates his real estate expertise and insights to identify newer listings for the homeowners’ consideration, HGTV said in a release. In the end, the homeowners decide to stay in their newly transformed space or replace it with a new home.
