Lifetime Moves Communications Staff To L.A.: Reports

Lifetime Networks is shifting its public affairs and communications departments and some other employees to Los Angeles from New York City as of Jan. 1, according to reports.

Lifetime CEO Andrea Wong said in a memo to employees Tuesday that executive vice president of research Mike Greco and executive vice president of corporate affairs and communications Meredith Wagner had already agreed to make the move, Broadcasting & Cablereported.

Wong's memo said “it is my sincere hope that as many people as possible among the affected departments will consider relocation, if appropriate,” B&C reported.

The sales, finance, digital and human resource departments will remain in New York, the report said.
