LFP Broadcasting, New Frontier To Launch Adult Channel

Adult content provider LFP Broadcasting and New Frontier Media will launch a standalone VOD channel in October based on Los Angeles-based Girlfriends Films library of lesbian-themed adult content.

The Girlfriends Films linear and VOD channel will launch Oct. 1 on participating cable and satellite distributors, although LFP would not reveal specific carriage deals. LFP Broadcasting, which owns Hustler TV, purchased New Frontier Media in November 2012.

“Girlfriends Films is a terrific addition to our portfolio of channel offerings,” says Hustler president Michael Klein in a statement.  “We’re confident its quality content will attract a large and dedicated audience.”
