Stanley Kinsey, chairman and CEO of interactive-game provider NTN Communications Inc., has informed the board that he won’t seek renewal of his employment contract that expires Feb. 28.
“The time is right for a transition,” Kinsey said in a prepared statement.
The board said it will immediately begin a search for a CEO.
