Former ESPN boxing analyst and Around the Horn host Max Kellerman has made the switch to Fox Sports Net, where he will lead a daily talk show.
Kellerman’s switch comes about three weeks after failing to come terms on a contract renewal with ESPN.
Kellerman will host a half-hour strip show out of New York that FSN executives have described as a cross between Fox News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor and Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
In addition to hosting the strip, which has yet to be slotted, Kellerman will work on the Sunday Night Fight series and contribute to FSN’s current signature series, Best Damn Sports Show Period.
