Japan’s largest MSO, Jupiter Telecommunications (J-COM), announced the merger of its three subsidiary companies: J-COM Kanto, Chofu Cable and J-COM Setamachi.
The transaction creates Japan’s largest MSO, with some 520,000 households served.
“This strategic consolidation will strengthen group competitiveness and improve management efficiency,” the company said in a prepared statement.
